Our refund promise
We want you to try before you pay (the free tier gives you 2 runs per day) and to stay
worry-free after you pay. Effective date: 2026-10-12.
1. First subscription — 14-day money-back
- Within 14 days of your first Monthly or Annual purchase, if your cumulative usage has not
exceeded 10% of the plan quota, you may request a full refund — no reason needed.
- Beyond 10% usage, a pro-rata partial refund is available: refund = paid × (1 − minutes used ÷ total minutes), rounded down to the day.
2. Renewals — 7-day cooling-off
- Within 7 days of a renewal charge, if no new processing usage has occurred since the charge,
you may request a full refund of that renewal.
- If you do not plan to renew, please cancel before the renewal date; you keep access until the cycle ends.
3. Non-refundable cases
- The free tier involves no payment.
- Full-refund requests after substantial usage beyond the ratios above.
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
- Repeated or abusive refund requests.
4. How to request
Email support@bilingualmix.com with your account email and order details. We reply within 3 business days;
approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Cancelling
Cancelling takes effect immediately: you keep access until the end of the paid cycle and are
not charged again.
