1. The service & acceptance
The Service is an online tool that aligns the Chinese and English versions of audio you
provide, sentence by sentence, and produces an alternating audio file. By using the Service you
agree to these Terms. Effective date: 2026-10-12.
2. Your content & copyright undertakings
- You must own or hold valid rights to any audio you upload (self-produced, licensed, or public domain).
- Uploading copyrighted content you are not authorised to use is strictly prohibited; any copyright dispute arising from your uploads is your sole responsibility.
- You retain all rights to your uploads and generated files. We claim no ownership — only the temporary processing licence required to provide the Service.
3. Quotas & fair use
- Free tier: up to 2 runs per day; each run is capped at 10 minutes of audio (Chinese + English combined), and 20 minutes in total per day. Resets daily.
- Members: 500 audio-minutes per month, reset monthly, no rollover.
- Automated scripting, quota evasion through multiple accounts, and reselling processing capacity are prohibited. We may throttle or suspend accounts with abnormal usage.
4. Billing & subscriptions
- Prices are as shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle until cancelled; you keep access until the end of the paid cycle.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
- Price changes are announced on the Pricing page in advance and never affect an already-paid cycle.
5. Prohibited use
- Uploading content you have no right to use, or files that are unlawful or malicious.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, load testing, or interfering with the Service.
- Using the Service to commercially produce and resell derivative audio of copyrighted material at scale for third parties.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Alignment is performed automatically and may contain errors — please proofread for important uses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our aggregate
liability is capped at the fees you actually paid in the past 12 months.
7. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate
these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We may
update these Terms; updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
